Before Fiona's birth her parents were pretty concerned about sleep and read a great deal about the subject. Surprisingly, they had a "sleepy baby" who slept constantly, to the degree that her parents had to play dirty tricks on her to keep her awake during nursing. This tendency to slumber diminishes as Fiona gets bigger, but it was a pretty angelic period.
