We found a house we were able to buy. It wasn't as grand as the one with the caution tape, but it turned out to be the perfect palace for our family in time.

But there was a couple of months between the period of purchasing the home and when we could move in. We used this time to live in Michigan with my parents. It was a time when we were away from Daddy, which was hard, but it was also a very special experience to live with family for such an extended period.
