HAPPY BIRTHDAY, DEAR GRAMPS, AND AUNTIE LAUREL!
The story goes that thirty-four years ago Laurel (literally) shot into this world and her Birthday Boy father was (fortunately) there to catch her. How lucky we all are for the two of them in this world. How fun that they share a birthday.
Fiona painted almost each letter of their birthday poster individually, singing the birthday song, and wanted us to tie a ribbon around her. Then she ran around the house proclaiming, "I'm a present, Open Me!"
We hope Gramps and Laurel are having a lovely birthday weekend.

Ona...it was so exciting when you sang Happy Birthday to me. I can't believe that you know all the words. You are getting so big. Thank you for the poster. Seeing that made my day.
